CATH LAB MANAGER / DIRECTOR
in BEAUTIFUL NORTHERN ARIZONA

Come live and work in beautiful Northern Arizona, the land of the Grand Canyon, magnificent red rock formations, a gentle climate and untold outdoor recreation.  This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Manager with Cath Lab experience.

This is a highly modern 200 bed hospital.

Salary could exceed $100K, along with superb benefits, relo allowance and a possible sign-on bonus.

General Profile as follows :

The Cath Lab Manager role will be focused on development and retention of a staff of some 20 FTEs.

This is accomplished through the direct mentoring of staff and customizing the employee’s orientation. Ongoing staff development and unit communication is provided to create an environment in which promotes personal satisfaction and loyalty to the organization. The quality assurance aspects of the role are to identify barriers to the implementation of staff retention and mentoring programs. Develops unit performance objectives, identifies processes to achieve the objectives and implements action plans.

The following are required :

* Solid managment experience in a cath lab environment
* clinical experience in acute care setting
* clinical experience in cardiovascular

Required Certificate/Licensure:
* RN Arizona license (or able to acquire)
  or ARRT or RCIS required with Cardiac Cath Lab management experience.
* current BLS and ACLS

Although not mandatory, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
